Here is a sturdy Lobaugh gondola kit for $300. I am truly impressed - I should have left my Lobaugh cars in their kit form?

Shift the decimal place over a unit.....
Evil cannot create anything new, it can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have created or made.

Tell us about it when it SELLS for that, otherwise file it with the famous $25000 Challenger.

And this defines why in O scale that the 1st thing you do when you open a kit is to throw away the instructions.
All of the real collectable value is in the instructions,

Seller has that kit listed twice. His other listing is selling it for $199.
I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

The best definition of that concept I ever saw, was in one of the late Jeff McNelly's "Shoe" cartoon strips. Loon was delivering copies of the "Treetops Tattler" and comments to the Perfessor that this edition should be a real "Collectors Item".
In the next panel there is a big garbage truck coming up the street with "TRASH COLLECTOR" painted on the side.

Robert - you appear to be correct. I occasionally see duplicates, but usually you can see differences - a Thomas 0-4-0 appeared to be listed twice, but there were subtle differences.
I ought to know the answer to this, but I don't. If you have two simultaneous auctions for the same item, is it fraud?
Off to the hornbook.

I am guessing INTENT mighty be a factor.

Yes, you can't discount simple stupidity being a part of the equation, but if the terms of use define such an action to be fraud, then it is for that purpose.

Hmmm - not sure a private auction house can state criminal law. I am sure it violates their terms of service, but that cannot convert actions into crimes. I just got out of an airplane, so maybe later I will look it up. It is surely contract law.
