We actually do have some high ground around here! And with that said a lot of you frequently ask how I afford a lot of these engines on my roster. Well the secret is after my kid is finished with his kindergarten classes I drop him off to pick a few acres of cotton every night. Hey, it adds up!

Beach boys version.
Don’t care if them cotton balls get rotten
When I got you baby, who needs cotton
In them old cotton fields back home
Brother only one thing more that’s gonna warm you
A summer’s day out in california
It’s gonna be those cotton fields back home

Santa Fe 3451 is a fine thing, Jon. Savor it.

That son of yours is having a pretty good life. Cherish the moments. I remember when the girls were little and we would go on their school outings or chaperon. Unloading banana boats in the harbor, wild animal park, camping on Santa Catalina. Many happy memories.

All the best to you and yours.

San (who somehow came out of this crap holding cash positions, yikes! Haven't lost much, but, I am going to be working a bit longer than I expected.)

It is on one acre of sand and rock. No utilities.
$30,003 + back taxes of $6,000.00 and it is yours.

The white house on the hill?
Same area obviously.

LOL Jim.

Jon has to watch out for six foot moccasins, I have to watch out for six foot rattle snakes and vertical mine shafts.

That reminds me, there was one of those business coupes shoved down a vertical mine shaft near my house. Someone pulled it out five years ago. I wonder if it underwent restoration?
