Tramp, Looking forward to the race Saturday. I really don't have any picks -yet.

Drifter, I'll join Ya at 4:30 when Gomers opens! Somebodie's gotta work around here to pay for all those rounds of beer and lap dances!! Yes, the building are on my layout. I purchased Gomers from Dennis as a kit. It was alot of fun building it and his weathering tips were great!!!!

Drifter, welcome to the fire. Always room for more.
I look as new as you, but I had some 1100 posts before my 'long national nightmare'.

Had a cool event at our local Fairgrounds last weekend- The National Red Power RoundUp. Hardly the scope of R&T, but still fun. Got a few pics.

Here's a beaut-

Image

This one's almost as old as me-

Image

Here's the one Daisy makes Tramp drive when he's under the influence. Of whatever.

Image

Another beaut-

Image

Mister Funnel Cake-

Image

I'd give my left nut if I could get my red Ford Escort to morph into this!

Image

Another sweet ride, but the color's off a bit-

Image

Nice old thresher-

Image

Help me out, Hev- that big tank for kerosene?

Image

And another beaut...

Image

...with a built-in massager. Lie down, get the kinks out!

Image

Sweet power unit. The redhead has one of these to power her vibrator, so she doesn't miss me when I'm not home. :D

Image

Chain-driven!

Image

Ingenious steering. The steering-post has springs, so if the tire hits a rock or gopher hole, it doesn't beat-up the worm gear.

Image

Beautiful old iron!

Image

Now I'm all tuned up for Rough & Tumble in August!!

Airborne had as much fun as me.
He wants me and The Red to buy him one of these when he's old enough to drive...

Either this-

or this-

or this!!

Roger, it was at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds, Bloomsburg Pa.
National Red Power Roundup. The host location moves around every year.
Tractors were from all over. We saw Iowa, Michigan, New Hampshire, West Virginia, Mass, New York, Maryland and Delaware, Illinois, and there was one from Canada. That's the only ones I remember, but surely a bunch more.

Drifter, I'll bend an elbow with you. Where you hail from?

A couple more- this guy was at R&T last summer. He put a Harley engine in a 30's Farmall frame, with a couple of extra features!

Jon, number four for the kid. I think I'm about four months younger than you.

Pete, you are one thorough tractor photographer. What lovely machines and it's great to see the famous Airborne in full sunlight.

Dennis, how will I ever hear my song again? I must say that when you go on a binder you go on a bender.

Drifter, an ax? What happened to the good old hammer?
