Yes Tramp I show up like all the goasts. Hi Jon Yes I will have to send you a picture of the 3 grand kids. The Cheerokee is running fine, thanks for asking, and I just said to the wife today that its getting close to time to put the platform back up again. I have a few custom cars that a fellow made in New Castle Pa. that I bought on e-bay. They are an engine a tank car and a caboose all lettered and painted up for Rolling Rock. The engine don't run and the trucks on the caboose are on wrong as the couplers don't match up right but I can take care of the couplers but I can't do much with the engine. I will have to take a picture and send them to you Jon and see if maybe we can find another motor for the engine. Its just a small switcher like a huslter but I would love to see it run. The guy says its his hobby to paint up the cars and make up decals for them and put them on e-bay. Well talk to ya later guys. Jon I will send you some pictures, I don't remember how to put them on the forum.

P.S. The grand daughter that you sent the crain for just celebrated her second birthday.

Here's a rating chart from Ebay. I recently was looking at an engine placed there until I saw the rating as a C-6. I personally would pass on bidding on an engine with that rating.

This was probably C1 at best for the engine. However he did state that he put a American Flyer tranasformer to it and it just buzzed. He said he didn't know if it worked or not. Maybe with a lionel transformer it would work. So it was as stated. Can't fault him there. But I can't let you fix the engine free of charge. I put the wires to the pickups and to the wheels but it did nothing but buzz. It just has a very small engine in it. Probably wouldn't pull many cars but it looks nice.. At least I would like it to pull the tank car and caboose around. Its Green and white adn has red and green decals ( home grown) on it. Like I said its a custome job.
