Yes, Ricard. I was stationed at Fort Ord at the time. When I called him to ask for a visit John said he liked to support the military and invited me over to his basement.

Thank you for the hint on NMRA regions and division publications. I found the Official publication of the Mid-Eastern region, THE LOCAL, available. I did not know that I could read publications outside of my division. :o
