Yes, and as it always has been needed. Your Rosey-the-Riveter type affect in your picture reminds us of how enormously women of America contributed to the effort of winning WW2 , for example.
IMHO , when any society minimizes the value and strength and wisdom and intelligence of women when a society builds itself, a critical and very foolish error has been committed against the entire society.
