This is just flat bizarre. Look at the engine. Seaboard, cab/road number 8063 All good, right?
Check the trucks and number of wheels per truck:

A bottom view of a 6-8063:

Now, for explanation purposes, an SD-9 historically has six wheel trucks. The photo of a CORRECT Lionel 6-8063 shows this.
This is the Lionel Service Document, shows six wheel trucks:

Handrails are all wrong. The offer on da bait shows frame and handrails as black. The actual Lionel is spot-welded handrails on frame, all painted yellow.
Not plastic handrail supports and stainless railings (missing on front of cab).
Suspicion is a repainted GP-9, but whatever it is, it's somewhat fraudulent. Horn missing, fuel tank wrong for the Lionel SD-9, SEABOARD not in correct location. End railings should be part of frame, stamped and folded, not riveted on with two rivets per end.
The list goes on.
Not bad at $70 bucks, but not an SD-9.

Re: Makes you wonder...
Lionel's early SD locomotives were simply their GP shells put onto a 6 wheel chassis. Likely different trucks mounted to the original, or more likely the SD shell mounted on a GP frame.
Re: Makes you wonder...
Jake's right; it's an early MPC geep frame. The end handrails were still riveted, at that time. The factory wire side handrails were made to pass right through the cab. They've obviously been cut off, on this engine.

I thought that's what I said. Oh, well....I think it's all GP-9 and a repaint. Stripes aren't parallel (and that could be the camera), the end of the SEABOARD is in a different position than the Lionel photos. Whatever it is, the sum of that parts is not equal a fraction of a complete original of either.

No. No, it doesn't.
Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking.
