...just like we have maurading some streets in a few U.S. cities, of late, causing trouble and violence because they enjoy it so much, along with the attention and few moments of "fame."

Not quite. Demons aren't humans.

As Rufus said, demons.
The image Rufus posted is found in the book, The Dictionnaire Infernal, a book on demonology, describing demons organised in hierarchies. It was written by Jacques Auguste Simon Collin de Plancy and first published in 1818.
Many were and still are worshiped as Gods. There leader is Satan, who is referred to in the bible as "The god of this system of things."
3 If, in fact, the good news we declare is veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination* of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

The Demons that Murph described are not humans either.

Food for thought:
Abraxas is described as a fat-bellied character with the head of a lion or a rooster, sometimes crowned, with a dragon's tail, and serpents instead of legs. He also carries a whip in his hand.

Abraxas was a grotesque creature with a twin tail – similar to the twin tailed mermaids known as “melusines” in the Middle Ages. So why did this bizarre beast appear on Knight Templar seals?
NOTE--The author of the above statement seems to have confused Abraxas serpent legs with tails.

So, what kind of demon is the twin tailed mermaid?

Re: Seen in Print
Thank you Robert, for evidence that the demons rule in Minneapolis. They have convinced some people that good is bad and bad is good.
Isaiah 5:20
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Proverbs 17:15
Acquitting the guilty and condemning the righteous--both are detestable to the LORD.
And thank you Rufus for starting this thread within a thread.

Prove it
Humans have morals and a conscience. These demons never evolved to become human.
I suppose some did but others reverted to their demon habitat.

Actually, those has to be taught. They are not innate. Any failure in that resides with parents, family, and community.

Demons do not evolve; they simply are.
