I saw what you mean about wire and turns. Looks like 21 AWG and 813 turns. I don't have one of that motor to look inside and see if that number is plausible.
The "D" in the model number means "D" shaft (it has a flat ground into it.) We will find if that is true when he gets the old motor out.
Jon is doing it with the old "Trial-and-Error" method most of us use. That is more fun than just ordering the right motor. [opinioon}
