I'm not entirely sure. It may be instructing crews to switch over to the Conrail Livernois radio frequency. I'll have to ask someone about that

I decided to go out to catch some trains and was greeted with an all-GTW blue power day, certainly a rare sight in 2016

Yes, Henry Ford had Westinghouse electric locomotives running on the line. The concrete arches supported the wires. Word has it that when they ran the engines it made the lights flicker at the Ford Rouge plant
