We have the little quarter-inch multi-colored bulbs. Again, I liked the ones from my youth, (prehistory), with the screw-in bulbs about an inch long. But I surrender to the redhead, which is in my best judgment).

Here is a photo of my grandmother and sisters. The sister in my grandmothers arms is now 46. They are facinated as we all were with the bubbling santa on the post.


Well my dad has the original so I snagged this one on EBAY. Man we could watch that for hours!

Marty it 15 degrees here and I get one day break from the subway strike in NYC. Will have to deal with it in the wednesday morning, with a walk of a 1 1/2 miles once I get into manhatten.
Got my gas bill yesterday $350.00 for last month. In the past it was around 225 to 250.

I have some bubble-light night lights, but the bulbs burned out. Does anyone know where to get just the bulbs?

Our tree has one string of five-color at the bottom, then all blue. The outside of the house has some six-color, some three. I'm amazed how many ornaments a eleven-foot tree can soak up. We trimmed for hours last night but still have some spots to fill. And I need to get more candles on.

I buy a string of bubble lights every year,,,hopeing to faze out the little wimpy lights, I'd just prefer to go back to the big ole' lights but my wife wears the bra in our famialy and that's how it is!

Hey, I'll drink a few with you guys now. As a matter of fact, I'll buy. Gomer, give'm all a chip. Man, I'm glad I don't have to sleep in that yard tonight, tryin' to keep a fire goin' all night so I don't freeze to death. That lady who lives in that big Victorian on the corner of 5th and Elm paid me $50 to shovel out her parking spot on the street and carry in some firewood for her 3 fireplaces. I got a room in that old hotel down by the river. Two bare lightbulbs, but a clean bed and a cast iron radiator that I can hug all night if I want to. Mitch
