I wonder if they all get a trophy for participating. 
Let'em hit the fence, maybe they'll learn what they're doing is inherently stupid and dangerous. Seem to have a lot of that today, so let'em go and maybe it will "decrease the surface population".

They have 2 German shepherds and 2 Caucasus Mountain sheep dogs that each weigh over 150 pounds each.
They keep the area clear.
