I thought this was some kind of parody. It's not. It's available on Amazon for $26. I've built a number of "odd" kits over the years ("living cell", "human skull", visible ....) But I've never seen a model kit for food!

Actual noodles, egg, shrimp, "mystery meat" have been 3D scanned and converted into intricately detailed plastic model parts.

The “noodleblock" parts unique to CUP NOODLE have been divided into several parts during the designing process, enabling the rare experience of assembling the "dense noodle block structure that easily loosens in hot water" in plastic model kit form. The leeks are made from vinyl material and can be cut to user preference.

The molding is so precise that even the fine print nutritional information has been recreated. Please note, product cannot replicate the 3 minute cooking time.

I worked with a few Japanese over the years, and my impression is that they could live on a diet of black coffee, instant noodles, and cigarettes. How they live as long as they do is a mystery to me.

Macular degeneration is my big problem. There seems to be no real treatment for it at this time.
All of my other eye problems are at least controlled or fixed for now.

Indeed. There are some treatments for it but none that I know to be curative or reversal of damage. Retinas are something we do not appreciate or care for until the damage is done or it's too late.

Sorry to hear of your struggles with macular degeneration, Roger. I know it's difficult. My step-mother has been battling it for a number of years. With the help of some doctors at Johns Hopkins, she's been able to get it stabilized a bit and has gone nearly three years without any significant change. However, she's at a point where it's difficult to read and to use her computer. I think there are a number of devices that she might be able to use that would help her, but her vanity prevents her from doing so. I suspect that will change if her conditions begins to degrade again.

Anyway, do the best you can mate. I'm sure it's incredibly frustrating.

I hope none of you find out how frustrating it is.

It is not unusual today to see very young children with glasses but it was in 1940.
That is when my first grade teacher noticed if something was written on the chalk
board (remember them?) I never got it, whatever it was but if it was paper work at
my seat I got it. So glasses since then. I can read most things on the computer
because of the bright back lighting.

I haven't driven at night for at least three years and do not drive out of our town
during the day. This is also pretty frustrating.
