Jagermeister, Jon? I am finishing off with a ruby port. Ruby is the cheapest of ports, but has a youthful, fruity essense that I like. Served with squares of dark chocolate and walnuts, it is quite nice. In honor of our hollow legged mistress of Maine...

Portuguese Daisy recipe

Ingredients

2 oz ruby port
1 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup

Pour the port, brandy, lemon juice, sugar and grenadine into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.

Jon, we want that picture where you had your face painted and were in a loincloth with a big stick dancing sround the fire and war-whooping.

I'll bet your son loved it. I can't burn brush up here without all the kids gathering around with poking-sticks.
