It does resonate and one might equate the two choices as really being the same thing.
As the literacy rate declines, you’ll ask yourself why the quality of life continues to deteriorate in ways large and small, and in almost every instance the answer will be: because people stopped reading.

Yet knowing as we do, we do nothing to change either........except to complain about them and that's not even worth the steam off a bucket of warm pi$$.

And, your suggestion to change this is? Do you really think the people in power will allow this to change? The 1% make the rules and decisions for the other 99%.

For some odd reason we show up and vote as we are told to, not as we'd like to - more political parties are long overdue - the 2 lumps of stupidity that we let ride us are dysfunctional, and endlessly lying to us. Doing nothing is what we do now.......and that has not worked at all other than to further two sets of extremists.

They may make the rules, but they are also bound by them - that's their weakness. It's our failure to not use it.

I think it was the railroads that came up with the idea of "Daylight Savings Time," to accommodate their travel/arrival times across the country. Isn't it time to cancel the idea? What actual purpose does it serve THE PEOPLE ? :?
