An exhibitionist pooper that needs to survey the domain,

California could use a lot of those in San Francisco where those exhibitionist pooper's do it on the sidewalks.

San Francisco
San Francisco Is Spending $750,000 on a 'Poop Patrol'

San Francisco's streets are full of poop. They're so dirty, in fact, that the city is spending $750,000 on a "Poop Patrol" to take care of human and animal waste before residents complain.

The city already tried to tackle the issue by setting up 22 public "Pit Stop" toilets at various points downtown. But the Pit Stop program has not fully eliminated the problem. Since the start of 2018, the city has received 14,597 poop complaints, Department of Public Works Director Mohammed Nuru told the San Francisco Chronicle.

San Francisco has a 'Poop Patrol' to deal with its feces problem, and workers make more than $184,000 a year in salary and benefits

As members of the city's "Poop Patrol," workers are entitled to $71,760 a year, plus an additional $112,918 in benefits, such as healthcare and retirement savings, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

In August, the city announced that five staffers from the San Francisco Department of Public Works would soon roam the Tenderloin neighborhood — where nearly half of the city's homeless population is — in search of waste. The staffers will begin their efforts each afternoon equipped with a steam cleaner for sanitizing the streets.

Odd......for all the decrement of SF, I've yet to actually see any of it when I've been there. Granted that's been a few years, but I found it a nice clean city that was a good walk about to wherever I was going. The PCC cars were particularly nice to see, too.
As the literacy rate declines, you’ll ask yourself why the quality of life continues to deteriorate in ways large and small, and in almost every instance the answer will be: because people stopped reading.

Well I don't ever recall that you have accused me of being intelligent.

And yet with your superior intelligence you still play with toy trains just like me......

A Sign in a shoe repair store :

We will heel you
We will save your sole
We will even dye for you.

In a Podiatrist's office:
"Time wounds all heels.”

On a Septic Tank Truck:
Yesterday's Meals on Wheels

At an Optometrist's Office:
"If you don't see what you're looking for,
You've come to the right place.”

On a Plumber's truck :
"We repair what your husband fixed.”

On another Plumber's truck:
"Don't sleep with a drip. Call your plumber.”

At a Tyre Shop in Milwaukee:
"Invite us to your next blowout.”

On an Electrician's truck:
"Let us remove your shorts.”;

In a Non-smoking Area:
"If we see smoke, we will assume you are on fire and will take appropriate action.”

On a Maternity Room door:
"Push. Push. Push.”

At a Car Dealership:
"The best way to get back on your feet - miss a car payment.”

Outside a Muffler Shop:
"No appointment necessary. We hear you coming.”

In a Veterinarian's waiting room:
"Be back in 5 minutes. Sit! Stay!”

At the Electric Company:
"We would be delighted if you send in your payment on time.
However, if you don't, YOU will be de-lighted.”

In a Restaurant window:
"Don't stand there and be hungry; come on in and get fed up.”

In the front yard of a Funeral Home:
"Drive carefully. We'll wait.”

At a Propane Filling Station:
"Thank Heaven for little grills.”

In a Chicago Radiator Shop:
"Best place in town to take a leak.”

And the best one for last:

Sign on the back of another Septic Tank Truck:
"Caution - This Truck is full of Political Promises"
