As the literacy rate declines, you’ll ask yourself why the quality of life continues to deteriorate in ways large and small, and in almost every instance the answer will be: because people stopped reading.

Re: Seen in Print
...and continuing on the current AUGUST THEME:
I swear to you, hard as it may be to believe, I recently saw - twice - a commercial on TV (though I AM STILL unsure what exactly it was peddling) , wherein an attractive woman faces the screen and says, while moving inside a handsome chamber:
Welcome to my vagina. In here, I make the rules.

A Pennsylvania rep is proposing a vasectomy bill. After 3 children or age 40 a man must get snipped.

I spend entirely too many hours a day tying my shoes

Fascinating. As China is moving away from only one child per family. Also as some people are decrying the involvement of government entities into their individual lives, those same individuals are looking to legislate smaller family sizes?

Interesting, as a niece has just adopted a child from a druggy mother (in prison again) who has given birth to 4 children (and given them all up) by 3 different partners. Even though it is easier on a man, I think some women need to be made sterile too.....especially in a case like this.
Re: Seen in Print
I think the bill is a parody. To wake people up to my body my choice.

It seems that almost all of the proponents of less Gov't in our lives regardless of party run the front of the line to intrude into our lives with the greatest of determination
