My best guess is that's because there will not be any lifeguards present.

Last night, I watched a news report about Wisconsin that featured footage of crowded bars in Waukesha -- all I could think was how glad I was that I don't work at Kalmbach!

I'm very disappointed with Gov. Newsom. I'll be interested to see if he learns from his mistakes.

Everyone around here shops at Walmart. The last two times I was there, I expected to see testing. But, no. I'd have to go out of my way, just to find testing. Not a good situation.

Georgia's Dept. of Health has released a lot of charts that are very misleading and/or that the media can't comprehend. Many weeks, the charts have shown drops over the weekend, but I believe those are because of delays in reporting data to the DPH -- I assume that the county medical examiners in the smaller counties are not 24/7 operations, so their weekend data wouldn't get submitted until Monday, then it might not show up on the state's chart until Tuesday.... so the state charts usually show spikes early in the week.

The most misleading chart the DPH released had the days on the X-axis, but instead of being in order (as in May 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc.), the dates were sorted by infection numbers on that date.... giving a graph that showed a nice declining curve.

a few photos from our attempt at a social distancing business. while the guys set up several out buildings . i made a stone driveway around or passing by each building. People will be able to drive past and see merchandise. May work may not




For years this stuff would be setup in nice vignettes . You could sit in chairs as long as you like. People would come and hang out. It's a big change for us.
