And, I think that the driver is the same person in both photos......

Was this place a small hotel, a large house, or what?
Rather imposing.

No idea! I'd never heard of the place until I saw this card. Surprisingly large structure for Concord.
I need to take a look about next time I'm in Concord or ask my cousin's mother about it.

Is that a motor truck near the center?
Also lots of wires on the poles. Modern.

Not as such, but probably something put to use as one.

Yes; somewhere between 1906 and 1920,

Lumber yard and CVRR ROW off to the far right over a bridge going off to Fort Loudon. I think I have another RPPC of that bridge that I have been trying to place the location - looks like the same bridge..... Might be what is now Rt. 75 heading off sort of into the distance as well.

Fabulous. Yes, I do see its potential. In fact, I'd love to do the whole vista, sometime. Someday.
Incidentally , I have no idea where or when I developed such a strong interest in rural America, but I sure have found myself modeling a maximum of such places as my Insta-Ramas or as whole vistas on client layouts. Oh well, I don't need to analyze such phenomena in my humble life, I just need (for some reason) to craft 'em.
I find lots of inspiration in these photos Rufus shares with us. I may not do them literally, but much of them penetrates my imagination and emerges here-n-there, a satisfying journey.
Even some of the winter scenes of Tramp's house had influence on me - more the tone and atmosphere, as well as the literal depth of snowfall - when I crafted an entirely wintery layout for a client.
