Is there an emphasis anywhere?

Pick-at-tin-knee? Pick-a-tin-knee?

There were a goodly number of covered bridges in eastern Ohio when I was a kid.
Some of us would climb all over them, inside and out. I think most of those are gone.
There are still some in Ohio but not my old friends.
There are some in Kentucky that I drove on regularly 60 years ago.
The ones that still exist have been by-passed and preserved.
The one above looked great at that time.

Lionel made/makes one for trains. I have never seen a railroad covered bridge.
That doesn't mean they didn't exist, only that I never saw one.

Yes. From the Cumberland Valley System Normal School that evolved into what is today Shippensburg U. that at the time had a mission of turning out school teachers - what you see are teachers and budding school teachers from the school - the tracks for the CVRR ran right out in front of the school.
