Very nice model great detail but not realistic how often will you see a 75 car fraight rolling down the middle of a city street or sharing the same line w/ subway cars. Imagine 3 SD90 Macs and a 100 car fraight rolling past let's say gunhill station at 4am. SIRT do us a favor stay w/ O scale your a master. If you have the resoreses why not take a crack at a elevated structure?

The CSX main line (former RF&P) runs up the middle of the main street in Ashland, VA in a median like a trolley. Amtrak's Silver Service also travels over this trackage. A lot of towns in the South grew around the train station and still have the tracks in use.
