Doesn't look like too hard a fix, Ben. Those letters are tile, right? 2 new letters, cut the grout line, smash the old ones and remove them, sand down then apply new mastic, and stick the new letters in, (in the right sequence, of course!). The question is: do they have the time, materials, the wherewithal and the money to git 'er done?
