027 track in poor shape. Not worth shipping.
2046 was early 50's, not 40's.
Crossing gates, one broken, other looks early 60's.
Very late power pack.
Switches...rusty, dirty, no indicator lenses or controllers.
Could have washed the rolling stock, but that formerly rare, now common, caboose missing roof at one end?

Sorta answers the question "does it work?"
"Year Manufactured 1940"....uh, no.
$600 seems very high for something that half the items are basically junk (track, switches, caboose, one crossing gate.
But only $18.55 to ship?
