Always had trouble getting my head around the concept.
Sometimes, I have saved boxes, gave up, they all went in recycle.
I believe I have zero 3-rail boxes here.
That said, here is a winner!
https://www.ebay.com/itm/156310251765
Set box, NO contents, horrible condition, for a 1953 freight set with a 681.
$195, and there are even chunks missing! At least the seller says it's "poor condition".
Just think, you could load up all the 2211WS set parts you have collected, and show off your latest find to friends.
They'd probably have you committed!
Or the wife would find it and use it for kindling.
