Too bad. It was very nice looking.

Roger- 5936 is the last SD40-2 in blue. There are roughly two dozen GP38s left still in GTW blue. The rest have been painted CN red/black, but still retain GTW reporting mark. As long as the GTW units get serviced in former GTW territory and not at the main shop in Homewood, IL they stand a chance of staying in the original colors

Conrail Sterling Yard in Sterling Heights, MI

So what's so special? None of the cabs on my locomotives are occupied either! At any time!! It kind of reminds me of this sign at a Florida northbound I-95 rest area:



BTW, thank you for the rear shot of the track geometry car, it gives me an idea for a spare, incomplete Walthers obs that I have. Do you have a side view that better shows the trucks? My project will (probably) use Lobaugh six-wheel Pullman trucks.
