Postby Carey Williams » Wed Apr 17, 2024 2:07 pm

Hello all
Perhaps you will tolerate a 1/2 " piece if made by Fred Icken ???

Fred Icken known for his outstanding hand built O scale models 1928-50's also built a few models in 1/2" scale ...
The New York Museum of Science & Industry commissioned 23 models in 1/2" ....here is his Youngstown & Southern ... originally a static display for 2 1/2" gauge .. later modified by Karl Ramling to run on standard gauge track
To see trolley running please see link

Impressive model Carey, beautifully detailed too.
I also would like to see those steam engines he built in 1/2", if they're anything like this interurban.
