And this defines why in O scale that the 1st thing you do when you open a kit is to throw away the instructions.

Robert - you appear to be correct. I occasionally see duplicates, but usually you can see differences - a Thomas 0-4-0 appeared to be listed twice, but there were subtle differences.

I ought to know the answer to this, but I don't. If you have two simultaneous auctions for the same item, is it fraud?

Yes, you can't discount simple stupidity being a part of the equation, but if the terms of use define such an action to be fraud, then it is for that purpose.

Hmmm - not sure a private auction house can state criminal law. I am sure it violates their terms of service, but that cannot convert actions into crimes. I just got out of an airplane, so maybe later I will look it up. It is surely contract law.
