The Five Laws of Stupidity

Postby G3750 » Tue Apr 12, 2022 10:20 am

Wow. This was dead-on.

In it, you will identify the stupid intellectuals who are currently running the country, their sheeple followers, and vast destruction being caused by them. Some of you libtards might be able to find yourselves (maybe) .

"Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake." Carlo Cipolla In the 1970s, an economic historian called Carlo Cipolla wrote a provocative article titled "The Basic Laws of Human Stupidity". This week's episode is about his theory of the destructiveness of stupid behaviour and why it is so underestimated and misunderstood. Show Notes: The Basic Laws Of Human Stupidity by Carlo M. I would only point out that it isn't stupid libtards who are leading the anti-vax movement, the COVID-19 isn't real movement, the fantasy that Trump won the election movement, the stop poor people and those of color from voting movement, the let's arm everyone to reduce violent crime movement and the science isn't real movements. :). Those would be the fascists amongst us and the lunatic fringe dunces amongst us. Who also lead the Putin is a great leader movement and that idiot Republican legislators know more about gender dysphoria than physicians who have spent their careers dealing with the issues. American extreme right wing conservatism, the anti-science anti-progress faction that is happy to destroy everything that has happened to help people over the last 100 years. Now that's stupidity.

How would you stop violent crime? People in philly are starting to shot back. It has become the wild wild west down there. All while their DA. says " philly does not have a crime problem" go figure.

As the literacy rate declines, you’ll ask yourself why the quality of life continues to deteriorate in ways large and small, and in almost every instance the answer will be: because people stopped reading.

Yes and they have pretty good aim now. It's the pizza delivery guys that have the best aim! Covid has caused a large increase in food deliveries. Along with an increase in thugs robbing drivers. Uber drivers are shooting back also. believe in or not 3 years ago philly was safe. Not now.

Had a similar "ignorance experience" with a utility marking guy in the past few days. And he proved out what I've seen a lot in the past 5-10 years. Ignorant people, are secure in their ignorance and will defend it to the Nth degree.

We had a modification made to our front yard irrigation, so the contractor calls USIC, the local "Call before you Dig" company around here. Long story short, the marker guy marked the line last Friday, but did our neighbors property, missed ours, so our telephone/internet cable was cut.

I saw him walking the property yesterday before the irrigation guys were done and I told him he marked the property wrong and the cable was cut. He says "I didn't mark it wrong". The supervisor for the irrigation crew was listening too and we both just looked at each other. It wasn't the answer we expected.

So, I pointed to the painted lines and flags in the lawn that he placed on the neighbors property and even to an orange "X" he put on the ground on our property to denote no signal there, which happened to be right on top of the cable. Again he said "I marked it right" that was a false signal. So, I then asked why was the cable cut. He continued to defend, so I dropped it and walked away.

I see so much of this ignorance in today's world.

I’m a gun owner. I have several. All locked or disassembled. I don’t carry. Sometimes i think i should carry. My problem is i can be in several states in any given day. I have a fire extinguisher in the truck. If i need ill spray someone in the face
Our problem with guns is. Guys like Rittenhouse taking a gun to an explosive situation. He may gave been well in his legal rights. He was absolutely stupid in his decision making. Stay the F $&k home. He made it harder on all the honest legal gun owners

As opposed to what a fire extinguisher? If Kyle Rittenhouse wasn’t armed he’d be dead. He was asked to help protect a local business. Joseph Rosenbaum was a POS and got what he deserved. If you watch any of the video footage Kyle Rittenhouse handled that gun perfectly.

The problem is the left has demonized any gun or gun owner to the point where even the law abiding legal gun owners are afraid to defend them selves.

I have a sister-in-law who is just as zealous with Trump as Neil is for Dems. We now tell her, you bring up politics, you have to go home. Both ends of this political spectrum are really screwing up the country/world IMHO.

He should have stayed home. He could been shot by a cop. Shot by a sniper on the roof or shot bt a thug. It’s a foolish situation to place yourself in.

Pretty much the state of all cities run by Democrats. My wife’s uncle moved out of Philly to Delaware because it has become to dangerous to live there. He’s a libtard, he’ll come to Delaware and bring his leftist views with him. In 10 years he’ll wonder what’s happening to his state. It’s that stupidity thing…..here’s your sign!
