I saw on the TV news tonight Hutchins family is suing Baldwin for wrongful death. They say he was reckless, didn't follow safty rules, He is the one who shot her and offered no help. Reckless discharge of a deadly weapon is a criminal offense in New Mexico.
ABC TV news report was very favorable to Baldwin, the Communists really stick together.

There have been several TV news stories on the Rust shooting during the last several days. Nothing of any real significance though. Meanwhile Baldwin who shot and killed a woman is living his life as if nothing happened.
