Wow, well before my time but a wonderfully nostalgic scene of Americana (and elsewhere?)

Back roads of PA.....there's probably one around somewhere still - I know of one that's still in use as a diner today.
Update it a bit and it's still a good scene! Somewhere I know I have this body stashed away.....

Not exactly right, but it could be suitable to create a similar scene - was going to drop it over a Bowser drive, but that's unsightly, although somewhere I have an under the floor Q-car drive that would serve.
Evil cannot create anything new, it can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have created or made.

Maybe put a set of couplers on that thing and use it as a locomotive?

Look like scenes from a movie about the "Gay Nineties".

Except that not a single soul looks happy or gay.

Yeah, they know it's about to end.
What ever it is will all soon change.
There are some that would like to have lived in those "simpler times" but not me.
Not sure that it is so great but look at the difference in life expectancy compared to today.
We may have some strange deadly diseases today but there were more common ones that
people worried about then.
About the only thing of that time I might really appreciate is the less frantic pace that we have today.

I was only half joking; if that is an Adams & Son Birney, it will have the weight to be a decent shifter.

You wouldn't want to mess around on their trolley.

Was there a "tough part of town" back in those days?
