No idea. Could be from the RR fair in Baltimore.

There is a diesel switcher with RO-- in the background. I was thinking Rock Island.
They had an NW1 numbered 701.
I also thought that that CV stuff may have been used in the pageant.

What would have RO in the Baltimore area?

The CV locomotive Pioneer and a CV coach were used/displayed at the fair.

Yes. They both got dragged out and displayed at all sorts of shows and fairs. I have quite a few photos of the Pioneer.

I still have hopes that SMR will import that engine....
