The brunette looks just fine, but I think the Deere girl is a transvestite. Look at those calves and shoulders. Can you say LINEBACKER!!

Orange is great, but it needs a fresh coat, (3 or 4 coats of hand rubbed laquer), then, a little chrome, a little tire black,

No Go-Go Sox lose 7-1.
You guys evaluation of the Deere lady reminds me of my friend Simon Dekker. Simon had two daughters in their twenties. The difference between them was like night and day. He could not understand why all the guys were after his younger daughter and none after the older. He went around telling prospective husbands that Big Inga was strong, could pull plow, was a good cook and would make a fine wife. Sharon, on the other hand, wasn't much good for anything. I remember thinking, "Don't they use tractors to pull plows now?"

The Dirt wrote:Mitch, how was the trip?
Synopsis: (10 day afteraction report, for those with military minds). I've been back long enough to work a 6 day week, plus today.
Well, Pete, for the 2 1/2 days that it DIDN'T rain, the trip was pretty good. Took a little while to get on fish, as they were in a post-spawn, pre-summer phase, but once we figured out a couple of patterns, we did pretty well. For those times when you're trying to find a pattern, and it's rainin' like a cow pissin' on a flat rock, ya kinda reach the height of depression. Didn't go real well from day 1.
Big Jim (no, not that Big Jim), was my fishing partner for the first 3 1/2 days. With his 500 plus pounds, and his 3 tackle boxes in the front of the boat, and my 325 in the rear, Yamaha should be proud that their 25 hp motor could move us at all. With Jim up front, the boat doesn't plane, it plows. The motor was makin' a loud whining sound, more noticeable in forward than reverse, that told me that the lower end was about to go. By Thursday, everybody in camp said they could hear us comin' from over a mile away. Thursday, after supper, they gave me another boat. I was damned near deaf after the 6 mile run back to camp from Suckergut lake. With Scott as my partner, the boat would shoot along at 15-18 mph.
The Canadian Gov't had put a slot limit on the lake, which caused us to have our first Canadian fishin' trip WITHOUT a shore lunch, as nearly all the walleys we caught were in the slot and too big. No really big fish were caught by anyone in our crew; a couple of 29" pike, and I did get my name in the book by catching and releasing a 24" walleye. Of course, Friday, our last day, was our best day, when all 4 of us caught in the neighborhood of 60 walleyes, many of them in the 15" to 17" eating class, but too late for a shore lunch.
Black flies on the main lake were no problem, as they were nearly done for the year. 'Course, if'n ya went back in a bay out of the wind, the few that were left would find you. On the other hand, the f%&kin' mosquitoes were absolutely voracious, along with these little gnats that kinda looked like overgrown fruitflies. I called the damn things flying teeth.
Not a lot of beer drinkin' went on. We only did a 30 of Miller, and a case of Labatts, and of course, my son Roger went through a 5th of Yukon Jack, and Jim polished off a 1/2 gallon of Captain, a pint of Wild Turkey, and a case of Coke. As usual, the meals and service was excellent. (Except for Italian night. I'm not a big fan of Italian).
Saw two Moose on Rte 11 on the way up. We turned around and went back and pulled off the road and I shot 3 pics with the telephoto, but the moose was about 250 yards away. The only pics I shot the whole trip, as I kept the camera cased and bagged 'cause of the rain. My son Scott shot 2 of me with a little disposable holdin' up the bigger walleye and a 19 inch smallmouth, but the flash didn't work, so I don't know if they'll come out.
Overall, my worst week fishin', but much better'n a week at work.
