Folks, this is a Tramp original, a hand drawing in... what?... pencil?

What an outstanding gift and talent. I'm sitting here as equally stunned as when I first got your drawing of the train, all those years ago.

Dirt-man:

I'm with you on that. Tramp is a very talented guy. What I enjoy most is the lightness of touch that makes that look so dam appealing.

Lovely...

Goes well with Wayne's beautiful A4 photo (which I also enjoyed immensely; thanks so much, Wayne!) for one of the class was named "Seagull".

Again, many thanks to all for the kind words and lovely images.

Well I am confused. Is Tramps' gull a drawing or a photo?

Either way it is IMHO outstanding.

Roger, that's a drawing by Tramp's hand.

I'm the proud owner of one of his originals. Not a print, the original.

Lads, I've been drawing birds. Got to earn some money. My novel isn't doing much, though the reviews from the very few who have read it are mostly positive. But people like birds, right? They might want to actually purchase a drawing of a bird, right? Got to try. As Hank McKeen says, "God loves a trier."

I talked with Will Barnet yesterday. What an amazing man. He's a 101 and as perfectly cognizant as he was years ago. He has painted for over 90 years. Imagine that. I could only manage 31.

That's one beautiful herring gull. I can feel the wind lifting, smell the salt, hear the hiss of the water.
Sizes, prices, selections?
